Depending on your capabilities the advanced and integration videos are more challenging to accomplish, which is why we have added them in as part of the full collection of mobility modules. It is important to know that, when it comes to the body, everything is connected and sometimes peoples issues may stem from somewhere else, therefore it is vital you have a good understanding of your body from the individual mobility modules before jumping into the more advanced modules.
