Project Description

Mobility Modules

Move and feel better with our mobility modules. The mobility modules provide information designed to release muscular tension, joint restrictions and aid better movement, through a selection of simple yet effective techniques and exercises that we put together based upon our clinical experiences and professional opinion.

These modules are broken up into single areas of the body e.g. Foot and Ankle or Knee and Hip and more.

Therefore these modules are great for someone who is proactive and would like to discover ways in which they can mobilise a certain area of the body.

With that in mind, it is important to know that, when it comes to the body everything is connected and sometimes mobility issues stem from other areas of the body.

This is why we have created the modules as a collection as well and included in the collection are some bonus modules to further advance and integrate strength and mechanics. We have only included these bonus modules to the full collection because it is vital you have a good understanding of your body and know how to manage it before jumping into the more advanced modules.

Alternatively, if you are looking for more in depth knowledge of how to help yourself for a specific area then we recommend the rehabilitation modules.

The individual mobility modules are as follows:

  • Neck and Upper Back

  • Shoulder

  • Arm

  • Lower Back

  • Knee and Hip

  • Foot and Ankle

How it works

Each module is a series of videos that explain a process of simple yet effective techniques and exercises that we may suggest to our clients in private practice.

The techniques are designed to release muscular tension, joint restrictions and aid better movement.

We demonstrate different styles of techniques that we use and we always start with the basics and gradually progress them when suitable.

We believe that education can guide individuals to a better physical well-being.

The techniques and skills in these videos will help you for a lifetime and its our way of encouraging people to be able to help themselves and be more proactive with their health.

Not only that we provide documentation that we have found to be beneficial for individuals in our clinic practice.
